3 Fics On Deck, Coming Soon

I can hardly wait to share all the stuff I've been working on for the last two months! Three stories are done and ready for posting--I'm just waiting for their respective challenge communities to kick off.

Coming this weekend is an anonymous contribution to the [livejournal.com profile] kradamvalentine challenge. My fic will be posted to the community along with a couple dozen other anonymous entries over Saturday and Sunday, and the secret name of each author will be revealed on Valentine's Day. Can you guess which one is mine?

The [livejournal.com profile] kradamreversebb Big Bang community will announce its posting schedule soon. I've got not one, but TWO fics paired with great artists in the big bang mix, and the stories are as different as the art prompts that inspired them. One's an undercover action AU set along the Mexican border, and in the other, Kris and Adam learn that revenge is a dish best served with a bottle of 2006 Chateau Lafite-Rothschild.

And they're all Coming Soon.

Is there anything I can do to help? I assume it's the sheer number of words that's holding you back, 'cause I KNOW you've got all the imagination in the world. Do you want a chance to just freak out or rant for a bit?

It's more like time. I already have 6k down, the word minimum isn't the problem, it's more like, finishing the story to my own satisfaction while simultaneously not failing my last semester of college. Plus I've been staring at the damn thing for months now, so I've lost all perspective and that's not helping. *harrumph*

Definitely don't fail your final semester!

Pshbt, I know you've got length in you--minimum-schminimum, right? That's usually my problem, too: My story ideas usually need 40,000 words to tell them right, even though the minimum was only 5- or 10k! Ah, scope-creep, you evil bitch.

Stay positive and don't let vertigo talk you out of sleeping once in a while! ;)
