Show of hands-- How many of you are watching the delicious new series Hawaii Five-0? Everyone, right?

In case you missed it, fantastic writer Leupagus has a growing collection of awesome works in the fandom, and this past week she challenged the community to get on the writing-wagon by offering prompts to anyone who asked.

I've just completed my first prompt, in which Kono and Steve work out a strategic op to trick Danny onto a surfboard. Check out her challenge, and start filling your own prompts asap!

Everyone's talking about this show. Is it good? IDEK, if only the guys were a little bit prettier I might have given it a try :P

Oh YES! The show is fast-paced and entertaining, despite some laughable forensic hand-waving and repeated violations of prisoners' rights, and is generally a nice opportunity to switch your brain off and coo. And gape at how fucking GORGEOUS Hawaii is. And snort over the constant flirting/bickering between Steve & Danny.

If you've got 15 minutes, you should check out Lamardeuse's pimp vid of the first 3 episodes--all the best Steve & Danny moments. If anything's gonna sell you on the show, it's the chemistry between the two leads.

Obvs, Scotty Caan is my faaavorite.
